Privacy Policy

1. Who I Am

Price Advisory is a land, rural and IT advisory service run by me, Fergus Price, from Newtown, Rathangan, Co. Kildare. Land Advice, Farm Advice and Forestry Advice are part of Price Advisory. For data protection law, I am the data controller for the personal information you give me.

2. What I Collect

When you use the enquiry form, call, WhatsApp or email me, I collect:

• Your name
• Your email address and/or phone number
• Details about your land, farm, forest, business or enquiry
• Anything else you choose to tell me

I don't ask for special category data (such as health data). If you choose to share it while describing your situation, I'll only use it to help you.

3. How I Collect It

My enquiry form is hosted by Tally (tally.so). When you submit it, Tally collects your answers and passes them to me. Tally's privacy policy is at tally.so/help/privacy-policy.

This website doesn't use cookies or advertising trackers.

4. How I Use It

• To reply to your enquiry and give you the advice or service you asked for
• To follow up on work we've agreed
• To keep a record of our correspondence while I'm working for you

I don't use your information for marketing, and I don't send unsolicited messages.

5. Legal Basis

I process your information because you've asked me to (consent, and steps before a contract), and for my legitimate interest in replying to genuine enquiries.

6. Who I Share It With

• Tally: the form provider, as above.
• Other professionals: only with your agreement, for example a solicitor, accountant or registered valuer I bring in for you.
• Where the law requires it.

I never sell or rent your information.

7. How Long I Keep It

I keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to follow up and to finish any work we've agreed, then delete them. You can ask me to delete your information at any time.

8. Your Rights

• See the information I hold about you
• Have it corrected
• Have it deleted
• Object to or restrict how I use it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie

9. Security

This site and the enquiry form use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. I don't take card payments or store financial details online.

10. Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update this page and the date above.
